Amanda Pollard was born in Brisbane, raised on the Gold Coast and now lives on Peak Creek Farm, a small organic farm just outside of Ipswich, so she is a proud Queenslander through and through! Before taking up her “most important role” as a stay-at-home mother to her three sons with her husband, Amanda worked in business administration and the animal care industry. A talented artist, Amanda also loves music and dance.
